Kerri, it seems to me that you have quite a lot of things you can do.
I don't know if you like to take a walk. Overhere the weather is perfect to take a walk.
I just did with my dog and a friend.
You can always go to a park and just relax overthere in the sun. At least if it is not raining where you live :P

The weathers nice, it's hot too. If I voluntarily took our dog for a walk, but mum would think I want something! I've been revising History thismorning, well I say that, Ive been watching TV whilst occasionally glancing at my books

 that is a good one.
While you glanced in your books, do you actually still remember somethings of it?

When I was still going to school and had exams, my parents did not allow me to put on some music while I was studying. So I sat in my room and put on a headphone with only one ear covered. With the other ear I could hear someone take the stair and so I had time enough to hide the headphone and take my books in front of me.
They never found out I did this. :D

:D thats a good one! My mum doesn't mind, I can multi-task, well that's what I tell her.. I can remember a bit of what was in the books I glanced at, but it will stay for about 2 days, then go again  I can't focus without music!

Sall, any reason why you are so tired?
Perhaps Becky can give you some energy of hers. She seems to have lots of it.

I'm working on Monday unfortunately, no holiday weekend for me. Tomorrow, I'm going to the Scottish Cup Final hoping for a Celtic win. If that happens, my mood will be fantastic. If not, I'll have a few refreshments anyway.

You English people are really into football. I've been noticing this in most of the answers and topics.
I am not a sports fan myself. I used to play football when I was younger. At that time there was girls team in our village, but I was not allowed by my parents to join it. Don't ask me why. I played football in school with the boys. Eventually I was quite good at it.
I don't like watching football on TV. But I can imaging when you are in the tribune at a game the whole experience is different. You probably can feel the rush and adrenaline when your team scores and win.
Enjoy yourself tomorrow.

What for job is it that you do for you to work on Monday?

No reason for tiredness just don't have the energy to move or do anything just want to sleep but can't seem to sleep for more than about three hours even through the night, todays not so bad I have got the energy to sit up at least but earlier in the week I literally just laid in bed unable to move yet not able to sleep

Are you doing anything nice for the holiday weekend?

Well Sall, tomorrow during the day I keep it calm. I only have to give guitar lesson.
The evening, me - my husband and a couple of friends are going out for dinner. My friends treat me still for my birthday of last week.
So on Sunday I probably will sleep until noon and in the afternoon we are going to visit some other friends we haven't seen for a while.
Monday will be a day to rest. No plans made yet for that day.

Well I envy you on sleeping until noon I'd settle for seven solid hours sleep at the moment,

however your weekend does sound fantastic. I hope you enjoy it and would love to hear how it goes

My job is administration but there's lots of regional variation on holidays in the UK, that's why I don't get this one.

Can I just make a tiny point on a widely held continental European train of thought. I'm 101% Scottish, I'll buy you and your husband a whisky when I meet you both in God's city. I'm looking forward to it.

I always enjoy fantastic banter with English relatives in Newcastle & Coventry and people who work in our Manchester HQ, hopefully Heidi you don't think the 4 British nations dislike each other. Just a healthy version of abuse!!! Ha Ha.

I can't wait to drink that whisky with you, Clare. It is less than 2 weeks when we finally meet each other. I am really looking forward to it.
Oh I know that you are proud of your heritage. You just should to as well.
The same overhere in Belgium. I love to live in our small village.

When I was about 22 years old, I was thinking about moving to the UK. I said to myself if I don't find a boyfriend before my 25 I will move. Well, only 2 years later I married Ronny.
It is a boy that is a good friend of my brother, so I knew him from my 12. When I was 23 we became a couple and 1 year later we married. This year in October it will be 11 years.
So my plans to move to the UK fell into the water. But I still don't regret my decision, I am happy the way I am now.

PS: my brother married a friend of mine. This way we have a lovely relationship with each other.
