I'm currently watching At The Midnight Hour (AGAIN!), it's not quite at the Pretty Woman level yet but that'll take some beating to be honest. Simon as Richard Keaton and Richard Gere as Edward Lewis - please don't ask me to choose!

Am working my way through my Forever Knight DVD's 9 episodes in - I can soo connect this series to Simon - One episode the guy who plays Simon's brother in Midnight Hour, had quite a major guest role in one episode, and the women who plays Terrie in FC was one of the main characters in the original TV movie (pilot) weird - never thought I'd connect Simon to FK directly

WALK THE LINE, the story of Johnny Cash - a musical genius determined to continually press the self destruct button. I suppose the business was, is and always will be full of people like that, immensely talented but flawed.

The Boy in The Stripped Pajamas, bloody good film - horrible ending but appropriate - it really hits home

At the moment I have the DVD's of the series "The 6 million dollar man". For those who are not born in the 70's probably don't know that series. It is with Lee Majors and I loved to watch it. Go google it and find out what it is all about.

The past month I've watched a lot of films, this weekend so far has been Schilder's List (fantastic, didn't realise it was black and white but it so worked), Twilight: New Moon (Meh), Sphere (ok but I have seen it before) and the 'new' Sleuth (I saw so many bad reviews, they were righ: completely changed the script, inappropriate bad language etc etc. I don't like Jude Law much either, seen him in a few things and never really warmed to him)

I watched 'Falling' the last week. It is a film with Michael Kitchen. I love this actor as well. The film is not bad but I expected a bit more tension. But I can watch the film again so that is a positive thing.

In your dreams with Mrs Corky, an enjoyable wee film. Really funny in parts, worth watching.

Just finished watching Death on the Nile - again! I know it's not everyone's favourite film, Clare, but for me it really hits the spot. The whole cast is fantastic, the surroundings are beautiful, the music is wonderful, and Simon is in it! Every time I watch it I find something new, and I'm always left with heaps of questions that I'd love to ask Simon. For instance, in the hotel when Simon and Lynette are dancing, the music is very elegant, and very western, and I'm fairly confident, having been a musician for some years, that the ensemble on screen did not produce what we hear! I'd love to know what it did sound like - if they actually made any noise at all! Anyway, it's long past my bedtime - James is working late, and at this rate he'll have put BBC 2 to bed and made it home before I get to bed - I've just got to get the music out of my head!

Today I saw '13 hours'. Simon has a small roll in it. For about 5 minutes, but that is more than enough for me. The movie itself... it is not bad but I've seen better. I'm not really a fan of this kind of movies. I just bought it to see Simon in it.

Sound of Music on BBC1 yesterday, a great movie made even more special by seeing the stage production 5 times between 2008, 2009 & 2010. Booked up for 2011 aswell.

I watched Death on the Nile yesterday, on ITV 3 - that's the combination that caught me originally, and I still love the film, but this time it seemed so much harder to watch.
