We've just watched Casino Royale - very good! It's only the 2nd Bond film I've ever watched whole - good escapist hokum once you get past all the violence. Daniel Craig is rather nice too - not quite in Simon's league, but still most acceptable. :P The roll in the Aston Martin was a bit of a tragedy - that was a $600,000 car, with add-ons to bring it up to $1,000,000. :o I also liked the sinking Venetian house - very effective!

Yesterday, I watched At the Midnight Hour again.
Sweaty Simon makes me drool all over the floor.

I watched Sweeney Todd the other day; have seen it LOADS of times, but hadn't watched it in a bit and decided to put it on.... reminded me just how fab it is! I think someone else on here said how ace it is - it really is a wonderful film. Tim, Johnny, Helena, Alan and all the cast did an amazing job! I'm a huge Johnny Depp fan anyway - I think he's a total genius and lovely bloke too! Check out Sweeney Todd if you haven't already seen it - it's fabulous! :D

I think I must check it out because I never heard of this film before.

Currently watching Pretty Woman AGAIN, it's still a classic 18 years after it's original release. I totally  this film.

Have been watching a Spiderman cartoon DVD.A friend of mine has 5 of them and I know have them at home to watch them all.
Yes I know, I'm still a kid from time to time. Can't be helped, I do love those cartoons.

Watched the 'sing-along' version of the Sound of Music on dvd last night - which my daughter kindly bought for me - and paying particular attention to a certain character  enjoyed the film, it's been quite a while since I last saw it.

I ordered Sound of Music via HMV online this evening, ashamedly I don't think I've even seen it. I wonder who could've inspired me to do so?

My ma's got a copy downstairs. I don't want to spoil my enjoyment of Simon in it so doubt I'll be watching it till after - not seen it in years!

I watched the Sound of Music between Monday & last evening, it was really enjoyable. I can just imagine Simon decked out in the Captain von Trapp uniform showing off his singing and dancing skills.

The Colour Of Magic - Based on the Discworld books

I really should read them, they seem funny but the first time I tried to read one it was on a train to see Simon for the first time - I get distracted every time I pick it up now - must try a different book in the series

Mamma Mia - I've got mixed views on this particular movie. There's nothing you can say about the music which hasn't been said before, absolutely fantastic and the storyline was a typical relaxing feel good one but Pierce Brosnan looked really uncomfortable with his singing parts. The concept of the movie dictated that the actors had to embrace that aspect so well done to the whole cast for their full participation.

The Greek scenic backdrop was fabulous, I'm sure it was an enjoyable location to film. The joys of being a film star!

I enjoyed the film though I wouldn't buy it to be honest. There was just an unknown something that brings me to that opinion.
