The one who is in desperate need of Harry's father figure nature is Guppy. I know he kinda over mollycoddles Guppy a little but his primary concern is for his progression as a doctor taking the correct route to achieving the best results.

If we're talking Simon, I'm guessing he'd give out appropriate advice according to the situation and leave you to take it on board. What you then would do with that advice is your decision.

I haven't answered this yet because I can't find the right word without seeming a little stange. But you all thing that anyway - I mean I'm pretty obsessed with that scar - so here goes

Basically no, not a father figure as such, however I do lack a stong male role model in my life which is partly why I like Simon, it's just a bit hard to explain

Simon ticks all the right boxes for me, he's got that persona where he'll help guide you in the right direction in a fatherly way and oozes that sex appeal and charm making him a perfect partner.

Simply, my ideal man even with the 21 year age difference. Age is only a number.
