Break a leg, hopefully the mass of information locked away in your brain transmitted itself to the exam papers. Whatever the results, a few vodka & cokes should help you celebrate/drown your sorrows! Not that that helps the morning after the night before - been there, done that.

A colleague at work retires today - only 30+ years for me to go. Uch, it'll fly in!

A repetitive discussion in my work revolves around acceptable age gaps in relationships, needless to say we never seem to agree. I think in certain circumstances, it is an issue but some guys (within the motor trade certainly) it's a case of 'in for a pound, in for a penny.' Personally, I have a lower age cap but can be kinda swayed, within reason, upwards. Opinions anyone?

I jokingly mention that instead of having a lovely man at 36, I could take 2 at 18 - Monday - Friday & the weekend.

Hello Clare,
I agree with you, age doesn't matter. I mean it's not the most important in a relationship. My mother was older than my dad (only 6 years), anyway it didn't work out. My father got married a few years ago with a lovely woman (who will be 45 in december), 17 years younger than him. She's even a few months younger than my elder sister (who is already 45). As a result, i have a little sister that is only 6 years old ! In spite of this difference, my father was very happy with her.

I moved offices at work today, I'm now amongst 5 men and very much tempted to take the kids' water gun in in an attempt to maintain some kinda order. I could very well be demented by the end of the month - thank God for Bacardi Breezer!

My screen savers of Simon and Susan have already acquired comments - jealousy, oh jealousy.

I'd to quietly laugh at work today when a colleague, on seeing my pc screen saver of me with Simon, asked "Is that your dad?" - I'll just have to 'adopt' him as a secondary old man then! :P

Mobile phone cameras/videos at Christmas nights out are dubious, I've been ribbed for 2 days in work by (non attending) colleagues for having the audacity to have a good time. Move over Beyonce with Single Ladies

It was a good night though giving it yeehah dancing away in the pub.
